The Zebra Hanger Swirl

I made this soap the night before our trip and was hoping to cut and photograph the following morning. My soap was still soft in the morning, so I ended up taking it (and a couple of others) on the road with me. The cutting, photography and uploads were all done in the hotel...hope you enjoy!

Romeo & Juliet Handmade Soap

A rose by any other name would smell as sweet...

I was so excited to receive my prize for the March 2014 Soap Challenge from Majestic Mountain Sage and somehow managed to blow through it (and then some) in no time at all! So what did I get? Ohhh some of the most delicious fragrance oils I have ever smelled...wow!

It's difficult to pick my single favorite fragrance, but I will say that their Mona Lisa is to die for! I tested it out in this triple butter batch, named "Romeo and Juliet" and it performed wonderfully! The passionate and captivating scent, not to mention those precious little rose buds had "a rose by any other name..." running through my head the entire time.
